TAC TOKYO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby announces, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and JIS Q 15001:2017 Annex A.3.4.2.4, that personal information will be used within the scope of the purposes described below.

(1) Purposes of use when personal information is obtained directly from the individual in writing (including via website, email, etc.; hereinafter referred to as "Writing").
- Customer Personal Information: For the shipping of products in IT-related businesses, providing related after-sales services, and sending information regarding new products and services (including via email where consent has been obtained).
- Personal Information of Inquirers regarding our various businesses: To respond to and address inquiries.

6. Procedures for Requests for Disclosure, etc.
If you wish to make a "Request for Disclosure, etc." regarding your personal data, please contact the Inquiry Desk for Personal Information mentioned above. We will provide you with an explanation of the necessary procedures and send you the required application forms.
7. Measures Taken for the Security Management of Retained Personal Data, etc.
The Company has established regulations regarding the handling of personal information and specific personal information, as well as regulations concerning security measures, and implements the following measures:
(1) Organizational Security Control Measures
- Policy Establishment: We have established policies regarding the handling of personal information. These are disseminated thoroughly throughout the Company as our "Personal Information Protection Policy" and are also made available to the general public on our website.
- Establishment of Handling Procedures: We have defined procedures for each stage of the data lifecycle—including acquisition, use, storage, provision, and deletion/disposal. - Entry/Exit Management: We implement entry and exit management for employees in areas where personal information is handled and place restrictions on the devices and equipment they may bring into these areas.
- Secure Storage: Personal information is stored in lockable cabinets or on servers with strictly controlled access permissions.
- Network Security: We have implemented firewalls and other security measures to prevent unauthorized external access to our servers.
- Anti-malware Measures: We implement measures to protect against malicious software, such as computer viruses.
- Secure Data Transfer: When transferring personal information, we take the following precautions:
- Physical Media: When transferring physical media, we use methods that provide delivery records or ensure direct hand-to-hand delivery.
- Electronic Data: For the transmission of electronic data, we implement leakage prevention measures such as encryption.
(4) Understanding the External Environment
When outsourcing the handling of personal information to a third-party provider, we confirm the secure handling of such information by understanding the relevant personal information protection systems and by reviewing the contents of contracts, terms of service, and user agreements regarding the handling of personal information.
