Job Description:
Our client is a leading travel management company that provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for corporate travellers. We are looking for a GDS System Training Specialist who can design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for our travel consultants and clients on various GDS systems, such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus.
As a GDS System Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and updating training materials and manuals for different GDS systems and platforms
- Conducting online and offline training sessions for internal and external audiences on GDS system features, functions, and best practices
- Assessing the training needs and feedback of the learners and adjusting the training methods and contents accordingly
- Monitoring and reporting on the training outcomes and performance of the learners and providing coaching and support as needed
- Collaborating with other trainers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and consistency of the training programs and services
- Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the travel industry and the GDS systems
Job requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in training, preferably in the travel industry or the GDS systems
- Proficient in using and teaching various GDS systems, such as Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for different audiences and levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, travel, or related field
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
