Our client is a leading travel management company that provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for corporate travellers. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in Japanese and English to join our team.
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
 - Handling travel inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
 - Using various travel software and systems to research and book travel arrangements for clients
 - Providing accurate and useful travel information and advice to clients
 - Resolving issues and problems that may arise during or after travel
 - Maintaining records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
 - Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
 
Job requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
 - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
 - Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and trends
 - Proficient in using computer, internet, and travel software
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 - Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and customer needs
 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
