TAC TOKYO Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is engaged in IT-related business activities. We utilize personal information and specific personal information (Individual Numbers) of our customers and business partners in our business operations. Furthermore, we utilize the personal information and specific personal information of our employees for personnel management.
The Company recognizes that protecting personal and specific personal information is both a critical responsibility and a fundamental social obligation. Therefore, based on our philosophy of personal information protection and our established code of conduct, we fully recognize our social mission and shall protect the rights of individuals while complying with laws and regulations regarding personal information.
Furthermore, we have established a Personal Information Protection Management System (PMS) to implement the policies outlined below. We hereby declare that the entire company will work toward the continuous improvement of this system, staying attuned to the latest IT trends, changing social requirements, and fluctuations in the business environment.
1.Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information The Company shall collect, use, and provide personal information in a manner appropriate for our business purposes. We will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes of use, and we shall implement measures to ensure this.
2.Compliance with Laws and Norms The Company shall comply with all laws, national guidelines, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
3.Security Measures and Corrective Actions To address risks such as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company shall establish regulations and a framework to implement reasonable safety measures for prevention and continuous improvement. In the event of an incident, we shall promptly take corrective actions.
4.Response to Complaints and Consultations The Company shall respond promptly and sincerely to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information.
5.Continuous Improvement of the Management System In light of changes in the Company’s environment and actual circumstances, we shall review and continuously improve our Personal Information Protection Management System in a timely and appropriate manner.
