Requirements：
- Customer On-Site Placement – Customer-facing roles
- more than 7 years of experience
- Senior SAP SD functional consultant fluent in local Japanese and English (can speak and write)
- Candidates should have ITSM knowledge of incident management, demand management, and problem management, as well as experience working with global SAP AMS engagements
- Perform an in-depth analysis of complex SD business process requirements and provide the right system solution
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
- Excellent experience on the topic of SD modules – end-to-end sales process from order to sales invoicing, in-house and in-house inventory transfers, free product sales, trade sales, export sales, sales returns, B2B and B2C, advance shipment notifications, shipping processing & credit management
- Understanding of SAP technologies, including (but not limited to) EDI, file transfer, APIs, etc. Hands-on configuration skills on SAP ERP
- Proactive thinker and able to identify opportunities to add value and improve business systems
- Assisting in the testing process to find errors or problems in business processes, documentation, or user inexperience
- A good team player who can work with on-site consultants
- Hands-on knowledge of the Service NOW tool is an added benefit
- Work with our offshore support team to ensure seamless operation and service delivery to our clients.
- Work together to get all the information and prepare for production-level meetings with clients
- Host service delivery review meetings with clients in Japan operations, record actions, and follow up with stakeholders for action completion.
- Act as a single point of contact for the user team and support operational activities within the system.
- Ensure business user satisfaction with the services provided
In addition to the above, it is good to have the following skills:
- Excellent skills in configuring all order-to-cash processes and a good knowledge of integration with other components using SAP ECC - SD and MM. Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn customer business processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g., SAP capabilities, standard industry best practices) to create optimal business solutions
- Experience gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs that meet customer business needs, performing required SAP configurations, creating detailed specifications for custom program development, testing, coordinating transfers to production, and post-go-live support.
