Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Japanese native and bilingual are OK ( JLPT - N2 or higher)
- More than 10 years of experience in IT project implementation and more than 5 years of experience in SAP project (end-to-end) implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience at a customer in Japan. Lead your team to implement complex and large-scale SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with large-scale, complex SAP implementations and global deployments.
- Other ERP know-how, such as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics, is also welcome. Excellent business and consulting acumen.
- Strong stakeholder management (all levels, including C-level) with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations. Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and team management skills.
