Japan SAP hiring में delivery stage, process knowledge, S/4HANA depth, stakeholder language और accountability अलग करनी होती है। Support और testing से roadmap, clean core, BTP, global template और executive decisions तक scope बढ़ने पर public salary range भी काफी बढ़ती है।

ये ranges MHLW occupation wage data को 2026 public vacancies और salary guides से cross-check करती हैं। यह TAC proprietary survey नहीं है और सामान्यतः bonus, overtime, equity, allowances तथा employer on-costs शामिल नहीं करता।
- SAP support या junior technical delivery: JPY 4m–7m
- Functional या technical consultant: JPY 7m–11m

SAP Japan partner के अनुसार valid certification counts हर महीने प्रकाशित करता है। यह ecosystem capacity का संकेत है, पर individual delivery ownership साबित नहीं करता। Interview में candidate ने क्या decide, configure, recover और improve किया, इसका evidence लें।

- Mandatory modules एक या दो रखें
- Discovery, requirements, configuration, development, testing, migration और AMS में ownership स्पष्ट करें
- Japanese को meeting, documentation और user negotiation tasks से define करें
