Our client is a leading travel management company that provides innovative and cost-effective solutions for corporate travellers. We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who can communicate fluently in Japanese and English to join our team.


As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:


  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handling travel inquiries, bookings, changes, cancellations, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Using various travel software and systems to research and book travel arrangements for clients
  • Providing accurate and useful travel information and advice to clients
  • Resolving issues and problems that may arise during or after travel
  • Maintaining records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions
  • Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty


Job requirements:


  • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel products, destinations, and trends
  • Proficient in using computer, internet, and travel software
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations and customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
