Overview
Core engineer leading AI-platform architecture and fullstack development, managing a team of five (business Japanese).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop core platform technical architecture
- Lead technology selection, drive AI-native environment setup and implementation
- Lead a 5-person team (3 Japanese), coordinate China-Japan technical collaboration
- Write high-quality code, conduct code reviews and technical guidance
- Participate in product requirement analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions
- As an early member, participate in technical decision-making and equity discussions
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese, capable of independently hosting technical meetings
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience, with Japanese enterprise project experience
- Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (Vue/React) and backend technologies (Node.js/Python/Go)
- Platform-level product architecture experience, understanding of microservices and cloud-native
- AI/ML project implementation experience preferred
- Candidates with only Legacy Java/PHP experience need not apply
