Overview
AI Tech Lead managing the AI team and owning product architecture and technical strategy (Shanghai/Beijing/remote).
Responsibilities
- Manage and build AI technical teams, formulate technical strategy
- Lead AI product architecture design, control technical direction and quality
- Evaluate and introduce cutting-edge AI technologies, drive innovation
- Coordinate algorithm, engineering, and product teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Guide team member growth, conduct technical sharing and training
- Participate in company technical decision-making, provide advice to management
Requirements
- 5+ years of AI domain experience, 2+ years of technical team management experience
- Deep understanding of LLM, NLP, CV, and other AI technology principles and application scenarios
- Experience in large-scale AI project architecture design and implementation
- Excellent technical vision and team management capabilities
- Experience with well-known AI companies or open-source project contributions preferred
