Overview
Technical bridge for automotive embedded projects, coordinating Japan on-site and India remote teams (N2+).
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical bridge, coordinating between Japan on-site and India remote development teams
- Participate in ECU embedded system design, development, and testing
- Write technical documentation including design specifications and test reports
- Assist clients with technical reviews and issue troubleshooting
- Track project progress, ensuring delivery quality and timelines
- Act as technical point of contact, reporting project status to clients and gathering feedback
Requirements
- Japanese N2 or above, fluent in Japanese communication (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
- 3+ years of embedded development experience, familiar with ECU and automotive electronics
- Proficient in C/C++, knowledge of embedded RTOS
- Cross-team/cross-border collaboration experience with strong communication skills
- Experience with Japanese enterprise projects preferred
