Overview
Tokyo-based architect leading secure, production-ready enterprise generative AI and agentic AI solutions on Azure.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement generative AI and agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Build intelligent agents using Semantic Kernel, vector memory and orchestration patterns
- Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations and model-optimisation workflows
- Lead customer workshops and shape AI strategies and multi-year roadmaps
- Provide technical leadership to delivery teams while remaining hands-on with implementation
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT including 5+ years working with Azure
- Strong Python engineering for LLM workflows and orchestration
- Hands-on Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Search and vector-database experience
- Knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps or LLMOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes and Git
- Business Japanese and professional English for senior business and technology stakeholders; AI-102, AZ-204 or architecture certification is advantageous
