Overview
Information Security Manager owning the ISMS and FSA compliance at a fintech company (fluent Japanese).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain company information security management systems
- Develop and execute information security policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead security risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management
- Ensure compliance with Japan Financial Services Agency (FSA) and related regulations
- Organize security training to enhance organization-wide security awareness
- Respond to security incidents, conduct emergency response and post-incident analysis
Requirements
- Fluent Japanese, capable of writing security reports and communicating with Japanese regulators
- 5+ years of information security management experience, with financial industry background
- Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST, and other security frameworks
- CISM/CISSP or other security certifications preferred
- Experience with Japanese financial or cryptocurrency industries preferred
