Overview

Internal auditor able to run audits independently at a major EV battery manufacturer (business Japanese required, English reading/writing required, Chinese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits covering manufacturing sites and related functions
• Assess business processes and internal controls, and propose improvements
• Prepare audit working papers and reports, and report to management
• Follow up on corrective actions and monitor implementation
• Coordinate and report on audit matters with overseas group entities
• Build audit approaches that reflect manufacturing-specific risks (quality, supply chain, etc.)

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese (required)
• Able to read and write English (including audit documentation and reports)
• Internal audit experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Able to independently plan and complete audit engagements
• Conversational Chinese a plus (used when liaising with group HQ)
• Internal audit or accounting qualifications (e.g. CIA, CPA) welcomed
