Overview

Tokyo role building enterprise automation with Copilot Studio, Power Platform and modern LLM capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Design, extend and maintain copilots in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions and generative answers
  • Develop Power Automate cloud and desktop flows plus Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps
  • Securely integrate Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Azure Functions and external APIs
  • Implement prompts, grounding, RAG and hybrid retrieval over enterprise data
  • Apply ALM, CI/CD, observability and cost optimisation using Azure DevOps or GitHub

Requirements

  • Hands-on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse experience
  • Experience with REST APIs, custom connectors and OAuth 2.0 or Microsoft Entra ID integration
  • Python or TypeScript experience for LLM agents, function calling and API integration
  • Understanding of Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, OpenAI models and RAG design
  • Business Japanese and professional English for user and engineering-team collaboration
