Overview
Multiple long-term Pega openings across government and financial-services projects in the Tokyo area. Some assignments are hybrid. Applicants outside Japan are welcome, with Japan visa sponsorship or support for qualified candidates.
Candidates currently in India and elsewhere outside Japan are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop business applications on the Pega Platform
- Enhance, modify and troubleshoot existing Pega applications
- Plan and execute unit and integration testing with clear quality evidence
- Collaborate with project teams serving government or financial-services environments
- Contribute to long-term programmes, including assignments scheduled through 2027
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on Pega development experience
- Two to three or more years of overall IT experience
- Practical experience across development, enhancement or modification, and testing
- Japanese at JLPT N4, N3 or higher, or equivalent practical ability
- Pega certification is strongly preferred
- English communication is advantageous; applicants outside Japan are welcome and qualified candidates can receive Japan visa sponsorship or support
