Overview
SAP consultant implementing and optimising FICO/SD/MM with S/4HANA experience (N2+).
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and optimize SAP systems (FICO/SD/MM modules)
- Analyze business requirements, design SAP solutions, and perform system configuration
- Write functional specifications, test scripts, and user operation manuals
- Support daily operations, handle user issues, and troubleshoot system failures
- Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects, ensuring smooth transitions
- Train end-users to improve system utilization efficiency and data quality
Requirements
- Japanese N2 or above, capable of independent business communication and documentation
- 5+ years of SAP implementation experience, proficient in at least one of FICO/SD/MM modules
- S/4HANA project experience, understanding of SAP best practices
- Familiar with Japanese accounting standards or supply chain processes preferred
- Experience with Japanese enterprise SAP projects or SAP certifications preferred
- Strong cross-departmental communication and project management skills
