Overview
Lead the testing lifecycle of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollout. Tokyo or remote work with travel to Japan; long-term assignment. Business English is required and Japanese proficiency is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own unit, integration, regression, UAT and performance-test strategy, plans, resources and readiness risks.
- Coordinate global test teams and business/technical stakeholders; govern coverage, defect triage, resolution and progress reporting.
- Use Tricentis Tosca, SAP Solution Manager or equivalent tooling; improve automation and mentor testers.
Requirements
- 10+ years in ERP test management, including at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA rollouts.
- Strong end-to-end SAP process knowledge, test automation and multinational-team leadership.
- Business-level written and spoken English. Native-level Japanese speaking proficiency is preferred, regardless of nationality.
- SAP or ISTQB certification and experience in regulated industries are advantageous.
