Overview
Tokyo opportunity leading sales and distribution architecture for a long-term global manufacturing rollout. Focus on Japan localisation, template governance and delivery through implementation teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead Japan rollout discovery, fit-to-standard workshops and solution design within a global SAP S/4HANA template.
- Design order-to-cash processes covering sales, delivery, billing, pricing, credit, rebates, MTO/MTS and integration with FI/CO, MM and PP.
- Own module architecture, localisation and design deviations; align integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Guide implementation teams through build, test, cutover and go-live, working with Japanese stakeholders and global process owners.
Requirements
- 15+ years of SAP experience with substantial SAP S/4HANA transformation, implementation and support experience.
- Strong SD configuration and implementation/support leadership, functional specifications and third-party integration experience.
- Large-scale manufacturing or automotive experience; strong global-template governance and multi-vendor delivery skills.
- Native-level Japanese speaking proficiency for architecture workshops and senior stakeholder discussions. English proficiency is preferred.
- Multi-country template rollouts, Japanese OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience, and relevant SAP certification are advantageous.
