मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

• Japanese में client requirements समझकर स्पष्ट business और technical specifications बनाना
• Transaction processing, payment integration और store operations वाले POS applications design, develop और enhance करना
• POS platforms, peripheral interfaces और enterprise integration points का analysis तथा modernisation design
• Onsite implementation, debugging, incident analysis और stable production operation support करना
• Distributed engineering teams के साथ technical coordination, reviews और knowledge transfer lead करना
• POC, customer demos और technical proposals में engineering input देना

योग्यता

• Retail में POS software development, implementation या technical consulting का 5+ years अनुभव
• Java SE 8+ hands-on development और POS workflows तथा store operations की मजबूत समझ
• Payment और printer, scanner, cash drawer जैसे peripherals integration का अनुभव
• OPOS/JavaPOS तथा IBM 4690 OS, ACE या equivalent POS platform की familiarity preferred
• C/C++, cloud-native architecture, microservices या REST API अनुभव लाभकारी
• JLPT N2-equivalent या अधिक business Japanese और distributed-team coordination के लिए working English; चयन capability पर होगा, nationality पर नहीं
