A six-consultant team—one onsite and five remote—supports PHP applications built with Symfony, providing request intake, incident investigation, fix and change coordination, release support, handover documentation and reporting. Work is managed through the agreed L1, L2 and L3 support tiers.

The work established a sustainable support interface and maintenance flow for the marketing function's PHP applications. Unconfirmed ticket volumes, response times and availability figures are intentionally not published.
