Overview
Generalist HRBP supporting a digital asset company's business growth across the full HR spectrum, with recruiting experience a plus (business Japanese).
Responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to functional leaders, identifying organisational needs and designing HR initiatives
- Own workforce planning and hands-on recruiting for key roles (TA experience welcomed and leveraged)
- Run performance and compensation processes and drive employee engagement initiatives
- Manage labour relations, maintain work rules, and ensure compliance with Japanese labour law
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programmes
- Coordinate with, and report to, the group HR team
Requirements
- Business-level Japanese
- Generalist HRBP experience partnering directly with business functions (recruiting, performance, labour relations)
- Talent acquisition / recruiting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Japanese labour law
- Comfortable operating with speed in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in financial services or digital assets a plus
