Client profile
A Japan-origin generative-AI and software company expanding across Asia-Pacific.
Business challenge
For its 2025 growth plan, the company needed scarce AI and LLM talent while simultaneously establishing Japan-focused sales and marketing leadership. Engineering and go-to-market could not be recruited as separate workstreams: the product roadmap and regional growth plan had to advance at the same speed.
What TAC delivered
TAC divided the Asia-Pacific plan into technical and commercial role families, defining success criteria and hiring sequence for each. The search covered AI, LLM, frontend, full-stack and backend engineers, a Japanese sales director, and marketing managers with Japan and China market perspectives, using regional mapping, direct search and coordinated selection.
